What You’ll Do
- Work a consistent flow of new inbound personal lines opportunities
- Quote, present, and bind home and auto coverage
- Conduct strong discovery conversations to uncover needs and protection gaps
- Communicate coverage clearly and confidently
- Follow up with urgency and professionalism
- Achieve defined activity and production goals
- Contribute to a competitive, team-first sales environment
This is a true production role where performance drives income and advancement.
What We’re Looking For
- Active North Carolina Property and Casualty license required
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence with confidence in closing
- Competitive drive, energy, and internal motivation
- Coachable, disciplined, and organized in daily execution
- Comfortable working in-office within a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $70,000+ based on experience and production
- Aggressive commission structure with strong earning upside
